4. Vote to open the meeting to the public.
5. Vote to accept Chief Michael Maniago’s Report for July 2014. (not available)
6. Vote to accept Officer Steven Pisarski's Traffic Operations Unit Report for July 2014.
7. Vote to accept the recommendation of the Traffic Operations Unit to increase the parking rate to $1.00 per hour on city streets and $.50 per hour in city-owned parking lots.
8. Vote to accept Fire Chief Brunoli's Report for July 2014.
9. Vote to accept the Emergency Management Report for July 2014.
10. Vote to accept Deputy Fire Chief Pepler's Report for July 2014.
11. Vote to accept Fire Marshal Tharau's Report for July 2014.

Section B 15. Vote to approve the Fire Chief’s request to waive the bid process, and retain the services of Rafferty Fine Grading, Inc. of Enfield, CT and O & G Industries, Inc. of Torrington, CT for reclaiming, grading and paving the parking lot and driveway areas at Fire Headquarters for a projected cost of $96,323.68 plus any storm drain repairs, pending City Council approval on September 15, 2014.
